PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Goldfish stated last night we'd be found guilty and awaiting sentencing. His source was a well connected Arsenal poster on X.
Let me guess...

Where did that decent FAQ about this go, from about 18 months ago? Sure it used to be pinned

Thing is a lot of the allegations are about owner investment which theoretically could be against the FFP rules but not fraudulent. Owner A gives cash to Airline B who sponsors Football Club C. Assuming the cash did flow in that way, there's no fraud, but "could" in some circumstances be against the FFP rules as was.
airline B asked by premier league to look at books airline B piss themselves laughing saying who the fuck are you

Despite those tens of billions invested in the UK economy, the UK powers-that-be weren't powerful enough to stop all this years ago.

Oh come on. Everyone knows that if you’ve got the power to shut down an investigation, you wait until the investigation is over and you’re charged, and then have a hearing, and then wait 2 years while your reputation is damaged non stop and you’ve spent £100m on lawyers before you bother getting around to actually shutting it down.

Come on, you lot. We're as guilty as fuck. That's why Pep left.
We'll probably be getting the verdict before the WC. Possibly during but definitely after, if not.

The documents would have been reviewed before and during the hearing. The panel are supposed to publish a verdict at the end of, or as soon as possible after the end of, the hearing. They won't still be sitting there ploughing through the evidence trying to make their minds up.

One thought occurred to me earlier. Stefan's assertion is that nothing has been communicated to the club, either formally or informally. If so, what's the club's reaction? Do they just sit there and meekly accept it'll come when it comes, without any communication with the PL or Murray Rosen? Or is there a constant to-and-fro between the parties, with City getting more and more agitated and demanding an outcome, or a timeline for one? Is Simon Cliff on the phone to Rosen every day?
There’s absolutely no way in this universe that the outcome hasn’t been informally provided to the parties.

If you take it a step further back, the parties will have known from the minute the hearing finished, which way the wind had blown.

And if you take the next logical step backwards, city will have always 100% known if they’ve breached any rules. Regardless of any charges, hearings or big debates on Talksport. If they’ve been naughty they’ll already know that.

Fuck knows what the wait is about though.

Has the result been announced ? Youtube etc is full of City being relegated, trophies been taken off us. Social media gone full of it !
Indeed. "Belfastred#luhg" has good sources, I mean he must have if he knows the result of the case before City, the Premier League and anyone in the media.

Are we any closer to forum bans for anyone who posts "but social media says......"?
