If the investigation panel finds that they have ‘reasonable suspicion’ (wrong parlance probably) that we’ve probably cooked our books anyone think it could be a step towards a follow on decision under the arbitrary rules I think they introduced a year or so back around the time of the Newcastle takeover that by default our owners are not ‘fit and proper’ ?
