We don’t know for certain who voted which way, but a lawyer from the German arbitrators own office, after it was finished, wrote a piece “proving” we were guilty. Published in Der Spiegel iirc.
I just wondered if he got his nose in the free food trough city seem to hand out to all the other slimy twats in the media? As he openly calls us the ‘Frankenstein club’ I’d imagine he’s not a regular at the Etihad……
How much of the financial stuff is repeated from the last case that we won please?Looks like it
The joke was that UEFA appealed to CAS against their own decision that PSG sponsorship was at fair value.Sorry, who are you defending Bayern,VW or Leterme with a big list of allegations against him? That man is dishonest and has worked with the Qataris. Qatar Airways are still a Bayern commercial partner last I looked(official airline partner). Not sure how much of a motive that is though. That's more relevant to the PSG "mistake" when he somehow failed one of the biggest parts of his job: "Oh... So QTA is overvalued???... Must have missed that, sorry boss". I just don't think he can be trusted on his word. He has said the Premier League have a stronger case against City in general, seems far more vocal than he was about PSG(did he not comment or did he comment but nobody cared?), who were actually let off on a technicality.
You're new here aren't you?! :-)Just saw Overlap; i know Sam Lee is City correspondent for Athletic; is he City fan ?
Lace their cakes with laxative.I just wondered if he got his nose in the free food trough city seem to hand out to all the other slimy twats in the media?
You are misinformed. Ulrich Haas is German. He may work in Switzerland but that doesn’t change his citizenship. At the relevant time his practice in Germany was still open. Stop being a prick.Impressive considering there was no German arbiter…
I hope Pep isn't picking our Lawyer's. On recent form they'd be instructed to talk a lot but provide no evidence :)I’d buzz if Pep said the club have come up with some “ridiculous” tactics to deal with it all.
The auditors would have seen the same hacked emails as the PL and UEFA, the difference is that they wouldn't have asked us about them (or started an investigation). But surely the auditors have as much info as the PL unless they have been given information by third parties. We need our auditors and accountant to meet the financial regulations. No one the PL or our auditors / accountants can actually take documents etc They are not the police. Of course they can ask for stuff and it’s a good idea to give it but I carnt see what they would be given that’s different. And the PL are not charging us just because they don’t have information. There are things people could request that they have no right to such as bank details of the sponsors that go beyond what is needed there checking on us not Etihad etc
