Why havent they already, if it was any other company they’d be there now shirley, or maybe they know there’s nothing happening?
Imagine we’ve got a big sponsor due in now and they pull out until this is sorted, we win, then what? We should definitely go after the PL for damages, income lost etc, like you say it could cripple them and I wouldn’t give a single fuck if it did.If city could sue the premier league for loss of turnover, prize money, reputation, sponsorship etc would be a huge sum, a useful threat for city to have at its disposal as it could cripple them.Sure our legal team will be on to the options but as others have said the PL have highly likely not thought this through fully and options to city will surely present themselves.
Seems so but I'm wondering if affected individuals like directors, the auditors, maybe sponsors could sue them personally in court for hefty sums of money and really cripple them that way. They might be able to say member clubs accept their rules but can't do it for the world at large.

From day 1 PSG jumped into bed with UEFA whereas City neverThis seems a big part of where we have fallen down. Politics plays a huge part and the club don’t seem across this in any way shape or form. So once again City our club of choice are being battered, of course we hear the club have it covered and it will be alright on the night blah blah BUT it’s then left for us daft cunts to fight on their behalf, it seems difficult not to believe we are merely one of many businesses and a cushy job for those who run the club. If it all goes tits up they can fuck off and not look back.
on this point who owns Man City? I have heard CFG are 80% owned by Sheikh Mansour and 20% owned by some yank outfit, is this true? If so why the fuck isnt someone ramming this down the media throats when they forever say City are state owned by Abu Dhabi? Why isn’t anyone at the club raising the obvious race aspect? Why didn’t the club make a song and dance about the dipper and then Chelsea fans?
the short answer may be the club don’t give two fucks what people think and what experiences us the fans encounter providing we hand over our money and fill in their questionnaires. I guess I am now at anger, following the disbelief and denial.
It’s a good question, and one that makes me believe we won’t come out of this without some pretty heavy sanctions.Something I am curious about. I’ve read about the many, many punishments we might get, should we be found guilty but what are the consequences for the PL suits, should we have no case to answer?
Now you're talkingGod I love city. We will be sound, justice will prevail, and when those satanists at the FA throw down their verdict of guilty then that will be the end of it, Jesus the lord and savour of mankind will ride down in his 1989 yellow third kit swinging his hammer killing all them dirty red bastards, damming them all to hell. CITY! CITY! CITY!
