IF that was the conclusion then it could end up in court because as a club we need this monkey off our back ONCE AND FOR ALL.That’s a very logical approach. But the panel will be criticiz(s)ed for under-punishing us by the overwhelming majority of observers no matter what their conclusions. There won’t be a single allegedly independent analysis that reaches the conclusion that they were overly harsh. Not one.
The CAS outcome in hindsight did us no favors and allowed the narrative and gossip of cheating to continue.
People have used the time limitation outcome to hit us, this is the chance to show that irreputable evidence to end the matter.
IF the evidence is irreputable, why should it?It will go on for years whether it is or it isn't.

They have fucked us over big time, but again, if the evidence is "irreputable" why have we allowed it to happen.
The PL have made serious allegations public, this is not the actions of just the red top clubs bitterness, this has gone far more serious, this is the end game for one party, because if the PL lose this, there will be enormous implications for it and hopefully a MASSIVE law suit from us.

Arrogance?I'm not saying City are guilty but if we are then the men in charge at the Etihad are a lot less intelligent that I currently think they are.

Surely the Inland Revenue will automatically take a turn at us as any hidden payments would also need tax paying on them?What this hearing could lay on City could end up in a criminal investigation if they reach the ludicrous high bar of what they are trying to prove. Hypothetically if the inland revenue rattled down the door and found criminal evidence of wrong doing, we would be off to the high court then.
