PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The way I read it is that it is:
"Further breaches related to rules requiring full details of "manager remuneration".

These were related to the 2009-10 to 2012-13 seasons, when Roberto Mancini was in charge."

Does that mean we were paying Bobby Manc too much? Or not paying Pep enough?

It's been a common allegation for ages that Mancini was paid off the books.

Not sure that's true sadly. Juventus were retrospectively stripped of a serie A title.

Juve were stripped of the titles after the match fixing scandal. For the financial breaches they got a points deduction

It's impossible to not come to the conclusion that the club has systematically cheated if the charges are true.

6 seasons not including full details of player remuneration in player contracts.

4 seasons not including full details of manager remuneration.

9 seasons of not providing accurate financial information.

And thats just up to 2018, because from 2018 onwards we've refused to cooperate by giving them more details.

Someone said before is that why we’ve been poor and I thought absolute rubbish, then it got me thinking it could be linked. If pep and the players knew then it would make some sense. It would explain why pep said we’ve won enough domestically, hinting a focus on the CL knowing that can’t be stripped as we took uefa to the cleaners.
