PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Who is this fuckin lassel? All I see from him is negative shite. Not seen one post from him that bigs us up in any way shape or form.
But I bet if you pull him he'll quote verse and chapter that he's the biggest fan and supported us the longest.

His posts fuck me right off.

Chelsea fan, I think, with a background in football administration (or was that another guy?).

Anyway, he came to Thailand and chose to eat in Indian restaurants, so his opinions are obviously worthless :)

Doesn’t matter what happens. City are guilty in other rivals fans and pundits minds. Even when /if it comes back we are not guilty they will still make up bullshit conspiracy theories to why we are guilty.

Example, yeah they were found innocent but they paid the courts off or some other bullshit.

We are hated because we crashed the top 4 smashed the rags off their top spot. Destroyed the best Liverpool team in years from getting multiple league titles and their whiny manager. It’s pure jealousy.

Hey, let’s do it again this year.

Some twat is currently vlogging on Utube that we have paid all the refs to rule in our favour and the Redbird takeover bid for the telegraph was our attempt to nobble the press, which, illogically, he says we’ve done anyway.

Can I just say we were saying leaks from premier league uefa or whoever were showing they couldn’t be trusted and weren’t able to hold their piss or mischief making, last couple of weeks we have had people purportedly with inside information ( leaks )from City so what’s the difference ..think I’ll hold fire until the club itself comes and says something..

I think the difference is that some of the leaks from the PL side are obviously deliberate briefings, either directly or through, probably, one of the usual suspect clubs. Ziegler, for example.

Some other journalists will have club contacts who they will trust for information but who aren't so well informed.

I think the information we get "out of the club" is very much the equivalent of the latter category. Not official briefings, rather personal feelings based on the environment and second hand information passed through various people. I am not knocking it, quite the opposite, but this information is less reliable than direct briefings even if it is useful to build a picture. Just my personal guess, but I think TH, PB and Cheeseman, for example, fall into this category.

I remember Cheeseman saying on the Friday before the CAS award that he had heard the feeling in the office was that things had gone very well for the club. And on the Monday morning, it did. I suppose this may all be more of the same. I don't see the harm in believing what people tell us here in good faith, all the while keeping in mind nothing is finished until it is finished.

It's understandable that some people are sceptical regarding recent rumours/reports on social media that Man City will be cleared of the main charges or that the charges will be subject to a settlement, however, why on earth was it reported recently in The Times that Galassi, a non exec at City since 2012, was super confident regarding Man City's position. Surely, if City's backs were against the wall and we are doomed he would be saying no comment or not doing the interview in the first place. Interesting times are these...

You forgot about illegally hacking another teams intellectual property which they willingly paid £1 million in hush money. You look at other sports like f1 McClaren were fined $31 million for technical information from Ferrari. This would give a club a much bigger sporting advantage on the field than paying Mancini from elsewhere would. However the Premier League deemed something in 2013 was too long ago, as apposed to City’s accounts from 2009.

I still don't understand why Manchester City settled out of court.

Punishment for stuff like that should be more like relegation, Forget it was 2013 ? The Damage and the crime were committed against a fellow club in the Premier League and the book should have been thrown at them,

People should never forget that Liverpool and its fans cost the English football league clubs playing European football
How many Club like Everton and other clubs that won the cups and finished in a European place in the League

Seems to me he has a choice, he can carry on saying what he has, if he believes it to be true, and then have his day in court and defend what he has been saying. Shouldn't be an issue for him if he's confident in what he has been saying. But it seems to me he isn't overly confident.
The fact he states he can’t write what he wants for fear of it being libellous shows it’s all bullshit by the **** in the first place.
If it was true he could write what he wanted.
