PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I was considering a request to the mods or someone with the requiired privilege to create a dedicated Magic Twat thread. Then if anyone feels the need to vent their spleen about him/them they can let rip.
However, we should cleanse him from this thread ? He's thrown the kitchen sink at it now and there's nothing of significance. It's just journalistic, barrack room lawyer drivel. He truly is a pernicious little prick driven by a deep seated pathological hatred for City and especially us the fans.

How about we draw a line, in fact I wil never utter either of his names again....

Think their attitude is if we create a new thread for every knobhead with something to say we'll flood the page. Best keeping it contained and if and when we get any real news Magic Twat will be long forgotten.

I don’t think we should give him ANY publicity & I think their names (Harris & Magic Hat) should be completely banned from Blue Moon

One true thing Nick/Magic Hat/loony loony loony said is that most Journos (and I'll add fans of other red cartel clubs) have turned into legal and financial experts.

A few weeks ago the PL was drawn into having to comment on the case, due to the increased attention as a result of runaway speculation from almost a nothing rumour. The club manage well to resist that.

But it affects the mood, the public opinion, and that surely filters at least in Some way to thise involved. If the PL has to double down, that tone will be felt by their lawyers. If there is speculation of foul play, the commission will likewise have that as a layer around it all.

I understand these are highly robust professionals and I understand that they should he able to filter all that out. But I don't see how the context of the attention and discussion doesn't in some way affect their mood towards it.

There is a reason in serious cases and actual courts, speculation and commenting on cases including online is advised against and strongly discouraged. This is obviously a different level, but I think the same reasoning behind that must surely apply.

Absolutely spot on. There is a sinister plot underlying in this media on-slought. Create a wave of public feeling through constant chipping at us and that is much more powerful tool than fact! Politicians understand this that's why most are cnts !
