This won’t have no effect on our outcome Leicester have been clever they submitted their books in June whilst been relegated they came under the EFL rules on PSR ,
Normally they submitted their books in May but waited until June which their legally allowed. I didn't understand at the time that Leicester were charged by the pl. How can the pl charge a club with breaking pl rules when the club isn't in the pl ?
