After the refusal of the clubs to change the rules following Chelsea's hotel nonsense, and after this, if the tribunal rules at all in favour of City on the APT case and the PL is found to have applied illegal rules and has to change them it would be an embarrassment to the PL like never before. The APT verdict suddenly becomes very important.
