PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

In the meanwhile PL fully cleared the Chelsea hotel sales, 76m pounds will count toward their PSR numbers, without that they certainly fail the 105m limit. its all above board and passed fair market test.

There is no rule stopping it.

We can't have the co op revenue towards PSR but it will be on our accounts! Now that there is bias agenda rule! Why can't our % asset of the co op be used towards PSR? When an asset of Chelsea the hotels is allowed? Maybe if we had an owner who was American they'd of said yep!

Is assets can be sold to yourself (ie Chelsea selling hotel to themselves) can we sell Rodri & KDB to ourselves for £200 million
So one of them is selling ass sets to another person within the club. Not surprised at all , chelsea know a thing or two about selling ass sets;)

Chelsea, American owned, got away with it? So is it just the foreign owned they're going for?

They found a loophole so good for them. However the one to watch is their offshore payments investigation which they have aready admitted. Apparently the premier league investigation is nearly concluded. The ramifications of this are much more serious than a PSR Breach. Let’s see.

That's what fans of other clubs who blame city for dragging out the PSR case for so long need to remember.
Chelsea wrote to the PL and admitted they broke the rules and sent the evidence. 2 years later the PL haven't even charged them.
The PL clearly don't do anything quickly.
Then there is the paqueta case that's been going on for more than a year.
