Tolmie do you think that magicHat/harris and others X users that seems to spend alot of time telling everyone that City are guilty are in some way sponsered by someone/ something or just nutters that forgot tontake there med and do you think that after all this is done that if there is á conspiracy against City it will be puplish so everyone will know the real truth ?Not quietly confident, supremely. I don't think it is Harris. There will be some bad faith actors but society just mimics others.
Most are just needing it to be true, regardless of guilt, due to allegiances elsewhere.
People will read what they want in to the findings, but it really doesn't matter, just our ability to continue as an elite winning machine.
We need watchdogs .I know it’s a completely different case involving different bodies and people and completely different charges and conditions, but Lassana Diarra’s case against FIFA shows that courts are making decisions that football governing bodies are making rules that are inconsistent with the law, especially competition law.
They are getting too big for their boots and need reminding that they can’t just do what they want.

On the balance of probabilities, with the required level of cogency. Yes.
The PL provide their evidence. The club provide their own evidence to counter that.

What were you charged with mate?Yes and they have to do that 130 times. So, eg they have to provide transactional evidence of HHSM, repeatedly, over nine years, sending personal funds to Etihad Airways so they could they just pass it on to ADUG !. Or are they going to say they just suspect it happened, based on one falsified email circa 2012. And in the context of HHSM wtf constitutes his "personal" funds. The implications of these unfounded accusations will hopefully have consequences for the likes of Masters and Levy.
And they have what ? 10 weeks, thats 50 days, approx 300 hours, divided by 2 for our time. So in 150 hours they are going to prove 130 charges, what is this reality we have entered into ?. I have personal experience of a case of 9 charges that took 5 months to run and still didn't complete. None of this adds up.
