PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

That was after the judgment had been released to the PL and the club, but before it was released publicly iirc. I doubt the 115 panel is anywhere near that stage yet, even if the actual hearing is over.
That’s a fair point and agree with that - but my point was more in relation to some on here thinking the media won’t report a leak if it’s good news for City.

Any leak of news either way is big news for the newspaper or website that gets it and would defo be published even if it’s good news for City.

I think the point is that the media won't be given a leak if it's not negative to City. Remember, in the APT case the PL were claiming they'd won

The media surprised us by leaking news that the APT case was positive for City some time before the publication.

I’m pretty sure there is nothing reported because the hearing is ensuring nothing is leaked.
Not really - if you solely relied on the media then you'd believe that despite City's expensively assembled legal team going up against the PL's "no win no fee" lawyers, City lost on all counts and everything will be ok once Dickie Masters makes a few small tweaks to the existing rules.

Not quite true.

They meekly said city had had “some wins and some losses” which was utter bollocks and a completely ridiculous summary of the facts.

Maybe Tarquin should have written a what if article from the point of view of Henry Norris never bankrolling Arsenal before he was banned for life for basically being a corrupt, cheating crook and where they would have been without him.
How about a what if article about players that wouldn't have gone to Arsenal if George Graham hadn't taken bungs.
Tarquin could add to his article by writing what if Danny Fiszman hadn't bankrolled Arsene "financial doping" Wenger using blood diamond money.
He could finish off by asking what if their current owners hadn't bankrolled the current squad (to win fuck all) with interest free loans which are not allowed under PSR rules they helped to write.

Very well put indeed.

believe it or not. This whole fucking shit saga is affecting our performances. Any idea when this shit show will be over?
It will go on until Sheikh Mansour sells up, Pep goes, Swales is dug up and we are involved in annual relegation battles in front of a half full stadium with our success measured by appearances in Carabao Cup finals. That's what this whole affair is all about and is nothing but a plot devised to return the EPL back to a three team league where the rest are only in the limelight on the day of their fixtures against these chosen entities.

Ffs can we get this announced? The players need a reason to fight against the system -:)

Anything? Zzzzzzzz

Beginning to think the same.

Mentally the last 4 season have been very draining both on and of the field. It must be in the back of the players minds.

I'm gobsmacked at how resilience our owner, chairman, the board, coaching staff, the players have been.
