PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

As much as we'd like that, there are no grounds to do so.

The PL will say they have just followed procedure and and investigation and charge isn't defamation.

This is my view as well. Hoping it comes to form of resolution soon either way, its toxic now
 
Is there even a date for the IC determination or are we just guessing…could it be say tomorrow?!

Plus why on earth is clarification required in the first place? If they did their job the first time there would be no need or is this how it normally works?

I remember little shithouses like Stone at school and they were beneath contempt , and generally got a fucking good kicking when not hiding behind the protection of teachers.

That is surely the most frustrating aspect of this situation.

Their determination should be out in the public domain now, when the PL are clearly manipulating the silence to carry out their underhand workings.

I honestly believe that the sheer hatred shown to City by elements of the English media over recent years has been one of Pep's key motivations for staying so long. As a Catalan the hatred from the Madrid-dominated media drove him on at Barcelona. He has always been more comfortable being part of the anti-establishment. He wasn't as happy at Bayern where the internal politics upset him. The BBC regularly describe him as a "Spaniard" in their reports for example. Other outlets describe him as a Catalan. I believe none of this is lost on Pep.
