PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Looks more like John Stones in the black!
Or indeed any of the back four,or midfield this season lol,,,ohh well forwards n upwards , I'll say sumert though we win this case and I will celebrate every bit as much as winning the treble and I mean that , and I know it's going of topic I just wish the club would listen to the fans a bit regarding the match day experience, then we really are good to go

Would both sides already have a decent idea? Or do they not see each others evidence?

Like say Mancini allegation. Would our response be visible by the PL team and they'd go "ah we're fucked" or " we got them there" etc
They've all seen the evidence. The weighting you accord that evidence might be a touch harder to assess. CAS case gives us a good idea of what City's approach will be, and ongoing noises from City camp suggests they remain confident.

@MagicHat - Breaking News:

* CAS ruling on the @Matt Diablo v @slbsn accusations is due March 2026.
* PL are "monitoring the situation" and have not ruled out charging Matt Diablo with non co-operation.
* Questions being asked about off-book payments to a known Bluemoon shell company in Abu Dhabi
* Matt Diablo looking at potential relegation to RAWK/Red Cafe or massive "like" deduction.
* Whistle-blower @Prestwich_Blue to reveal incendiary emails that will "blow the bloody doors off"

RAWK, Rag Cafe, The fighting Cock, AFTV, TheShedEnd, Toontastic, Foxes Talk & Molineux Mix have written to the internet to insist that Bluemoon is excluded from the Forum League for 2 years.

This is happening people.

Bluemoon scum.

I wonder why Chelsea haven't been charged yet. Surely their case is a slam dunk if they've admitted to it?

I used to think that the PL wanted none of this and were being pushed to do this by the red cartel. Now I’m thinking the PL are out to get us and most PL clubs are sick of it.
I think also the PL executives were in too deep to reverse course or consider compromise (even if City would -which I doubt). Those execs will be likely fired should City win and so they’ve nothing to lose in taking it to the bitter end.

‘Regrettably I resign due to untenable circumstances brought about by the disappointing verdict…’ spin, bullshit, bullshit…

Nah, can’t see any credible leaks appearing. The judges won’t be gossiping, you’d think. Perhaps either sets of lawyers may reveal how they feel and that may be leaked.
The Mole will be the one leaking it to the media
It happens all the time and the club or the premier league then has to jump and release a statement

City has a mole working right at the top and leaks happen all the time

They don't know yet how many points to deduct. They will delay until near the end of the season to benefit the Red Scum.
