What we seem to have admitted to is submission of information that potentially may not be complete what that actually means we can only guess. It may be the subsequent leaks give a clue but without any issues with the PL reviewing Chelsea books or indeed there being any apparent obstacles there is no way that an investigation should take as long as it has taken
When masters was interviewed some months ago he said two things
1) The matter was nearing conclusion and
2) Extremely complex as it involved a previous owner.
I pointed out a while ago that one of the potential options to the PL was to agree a settlement for a variety of reasons one being that without access to RAs records or indeed him it becomes incredibly difficult I wonder if that’s what’s going to happen with a large settlement being diverted from the £100+ million being withheld from the sale pending settlement of these type of matters
