PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Well, if you highlight a problem, some people will question if you’re a Blue. People are on this thread for good news. If you think I’m a bore, a Rag, or both, just hit the ignore button.

I want us to be cleared of all charges—it would mean more to me than winning the league.

I don’t think our owners pose a threat to Pinto’s life, but he also hacked criminal networks, so there’s a reason he’s in witness protection.

Regarding our owners/management, I would be surprised if they hadn’t explored every possible avenue to bypass the cartel’s financial “fair play” regulations.

I’m writing from an outsider’s perspective. City knows all the charges; we don’t, but that doesn’t stop us from speculating.
I don’t know why but you seem in capable of listening ( I mean reading) or responding to what people say or the signals from the club.

I don’t know if that’s because you have to be right even at the expense of the club or if your not a blue or if your out to annoy us or if your just overly negative.

Please explain to me how there can be new evidence when

A pinto couldn’t have held anything back due to the terms of is protection / sentencing ?

B everything has had to be disclosed at CAS and the hearing regardless of Pinto and the club will know what they have disclosed.

C if there was anything new we would know about it via someone. Especially if it came via Pinto perhaps not the premier league as if they are doing as they are supposed to they wouldn’t say but we all know they do leak

I am also not sure you understand the charges in the above you refer to expecting us to try to get round the rules push the envelope or whatever you want to call it but that’s not what we are accused of it’s industrial scale fraud

Do you think the club has done this ? If you do how do you feel every time you go to a game ?

Ps who are the criminal gangs he hacked the hack this all came from was in clubs agents and footballers

No, I do understand how the disclosure process works, but I’m concerned about what may have come in from the sidelines and helped the Premier League piece things together.

Of course, I also understand that new documents are irrelevant at this stage, but the last times new documents were mentioned by Pinto or his lawyer were in November 2023, February 2024, and June 2024.

They’ve had three years since CAS to uncover new evidence, and while it’s likely that the EIC got the juiciest stuff the first time around, it can’t be ruled out that there was more. DS/EIC received 3.4 terabytes out of the 17.5 terabytes.
Has it ever crossed your mind that the 3.4TB of data was all of the football leaks stuff?

Guessing you’re well aware that he’s not just hacked football clubs, so why are you so convinced that in the remaining data, there’s more information on City?

From memory, DS had a few million City emails, so I’m not sure why you’re so concerned?

So you think the club held stuff back that it had to disclose for r hearing and Pinto has given new stuff the premier you clearly think that our club stinks with corruption why bother being a fan ?

Of course, but it cannot be ruled out that there are documents related to City among the 14TB that didn’t go to DS, especially since both the hacker and his lawyer claim that this is the case.

The data will be related to the new charges Pinto faces which seem to be about Benfica and PSG mostly. The City emails Der Spiegl had were always a tiny fraction of the material hacked. There is zero evidence that any of it is relevant to City. Pinto is a convicted fraudster serving a suspended jail sentence. Now he faces a bigger jail term. His lawyer is desperate.

If CAS got the juiciest stuff anything new won’t matter

Kin hell mate do you work for the pl ?

Do you remember that the pl couldn't even get the charge sheet against City correct !

You seem to believe a convicted criminal over our owners.

You seem to think our owners, sponsors, investors, accountants have committed mass fraud for over a decade. Risking prison sentences, risking the companies, for what ? A football club ?

This is why the PL will fail. Their solicitors have clearly fucked up and haven't realised the rules back in the day were different to the ones around today. Fordham - nothing wrong at the time, Mancini - nothing wrong at the time, Etihad and any sponsorship deal - CAS trumps any IC verdict. So what does that leave them with?

I don’t think people should be too harsh on @Keith Moon. It’s very easy to get drawn in and think the worst with all the bullshit from the media and public who just want City found guilty. It can also be comforting/a relief to just give in and stop fighting. It’s part of many people’s make up. I don’t agree with him for a minute but the amount of blue on blue infighting on here recently is a hard to take - both on this thread and the playing threads. That’s the real defeat here for me. City fans used to be known for their humour and camaraderie but now we just sound like over aggressive, entitled twats. For what it’s worth it sounds more and more obvious that we’ll get done for non cooperation, get a fine and everyone will be happy. We can move on and everyone else can continue to call us cheats
