You must have misunderstood me, I never said anything about a secret set of Pinto docs that only the PL have, and of course, if they existed, they would have been included in the body of exchanged documents. I only pointed out that since 2020, another 14.1 terabytes have been available from the source of our headache, and he claims it contains more bad news for us. We, meaning those of us writing here, don’t know if the PL has had access to this material.

I really don’t get why you’re choosing to die on this hill mate? I know you’re not a wum, I’ve seen you on here with sensible postings enough over the years.

I rarely post in this thread, but can’t get my head around why you seem to be going round and round in circles when it’s so ridiculously clear what Stefan has pointed out, that being that even if there was hypothetically some more bad news, as you put it, in these additional documents then it’s information that will have already appeared within the disclosure. Pinto’s original leaks are what led to the investigation, and once that was underway with the PL then everything they will have wanted to see will already have been seen so nothing in any additional information would have any relevance whatsoever.

Right. Well either the PL did have access (and so did City) or PL didn’t get these special hacked documents in time for their hearing but some or all of those documents may have appeared in the hearing bundle through disclosure exchanges. Either way, Pinto docs are now irrelevant because as you accept there are no secret Pinto docs that only the PL have

There may have been other third party material which Pinto has hacked which the PL may not otherwise have had access to? Unlikely that this added much to the case against us but theoretically possible all the same.

I like most don't think the PL will land the main charges.

Unlikely as it was City that was hacked so they must have been documents within City’s control. But let’s say Pinto did and gave them to the PL (he didn’t but let’s say he did). Anything there being used in the case would be known to City many months ago. So?

It we've been engaged in fraud on a massive scale as alleged there would be a trail of docs from many other companies showing this to be the case which we, as the massively fraudulent enterprise we are alleged to be, have concealed. All these other companies would have to have been complicit in the alleged fraud and their hacked emails would show this. It seems very unlilkely indeed, but can we 100% discount this possibility?

Am racking my brain regarding our home tie against Norwich in the FA Cup I was there in person in 1981. What have I forgotten. CTID

Pinto hasn’t hacked all these companies - he hacked City. And who is talking about 100% anything. Nothing is 100%.

But none of it matters now. The hearing has happened, the sides have put their case and all documents were shared between the parties months before that hearing.

If the Premier League, prior to disclosure, obtained another Pinto-hacked document that proves we inflated our sponsorship, would this be considered irrelevant as evidence?
