Love the idea of bribes.
Obviously we can’t use any form of internet/computer banking systems because sooner or later a fearless, justice-seeking young whistleblower will uncover it in his quest for honesty and transparency, so we are left with the idea of Khaldoon skulking about at Victoria station, with his collar turned up stuffing a large brown envelope behind the hot water pipes in the the 3rd washroom along in the gents.
