They are involved in the "handing down" of the judgment. Once it is finalised and issued, their role is complete (albeit the initial liability judgment will be a partial final judgment with further decisions to follow.) Also this is not court, the Panel are likely to consult with the parties about their commercial needs as to timing where possible. Very likely any special requirements on timing and distribution of drafts have been discussed with the Chair and the parties are likely to have grown up discussions about the timing of this publication which the rules say "final awards of any Commission, Interim Commission or Appeal Board shall be confirmed publicly and published on the League’s website;"
Do we know whose role that is at the Premier League? We all blame Masters but who handles this on behalf of the premier league? Will it be Sir Gary Heckinbottom who informs the board & they communicate it? Would this require a board meeting?
