PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Patience never been one of virtues. Hopefully not too long to wait now.

I want the club to litigate against all those who have wronged us especially those poisonous, vitriolic sub amoeba species who as living oxymorons refer to themselves as journalists.

And then go for the Arse, Levy, Dips and Scruffy.

However the truth is that even when we win the damage to the clubs reputation is complete and tarnished for at least two generations. We aren't permanent victims like the Klanfield candle holders who are excused everything on and off pitch by virtue of a second horrendous tragedy which has served to whitewash all previous horrors and any future atrocities caused by / happening to them.

'Financial rules' is a euphemism for 'threat financial straitjacket'. The greatest irony is these 'rules' have been instigated by neo-liberals. It's the old adage of socialism for the rich, capitalism for the poor. Have these rules eradicated cowboy owners from the game? How did Football survive for so long without these rules? And isn't self-responsibility and the jeopardy that comes with it the spice of life that has helped make football so popular?

Yep but now Americans have come are coming to ruin a game they've never liked never understood just because is is a cash cow for there hedge fund backers!

They will change everything to suit their narrative there greedy owners hedge fund backers! Eventually I'd expect they'll be a premier league winner then they'll have a play off of the top four for the overall "real winners" they'll will reduce relegation to 1 team then have a play off for the other 1 team to go down!

They point there shills in the media towards us for the last 10/15 years now they have their sites on Newcastle! No one is mentioning the Americanisation of the English football through out all the leagues!

Guess happy clappers ain’t happy if someone has an opinion they don’t agree with !
Bernardo is a legend of this club and we can all agree he is coming to the end of an absolutely fantastic career with us but can we all show him some respect. He's not playing poorly on purpose, he just not the player he once was.

@Nick L here’s the Bernie thread.

Given the likely, seismic repercussions of this decision, and, given the unseemly dispute as to who had won last time, is it beyond the bounds of possibility that the club and the PL would try to issue statements that were agreed or, at least, were consistent with each other ?

Much as we want City to go in for the kill if it has gone our way, I'm not sure any potential domesday scenario is in either party's interests.
The PL and a clique of rival Club Directors have acted in bad faith from day one. Some of them are still briefing the media. The new narrative is that whatever the result football is the loser. City are “getting off” with it. There is no middle ground with them. The least we should demand is a clear out of the PL Board and new rules on transparency. The PL Board is supposed to act for ALL its members equally.
