PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I just noticed this in the PL Handbook. I wonder if City can call out the red cartel and all their sniping about us, for breaching the charter?

There is no way they could address liability and then reconvene to hear arguments on sanctions without publishing the liability verdict?

Hopefully Mullock wants to say something but can’t say something so is rehashing old news with a positive spin.
 
I've been liasing with the GMC authorities re the post announcement parade doon Deansgate with Kool Hand and Lord David riding in an open top Pope Mobile.

Kool Hand has given me two dates, and confirmed that his jet has filed a flight path from WDC,where he's meeting Trumpington, to Barton International.

You'll all understand the imperative for confidentiality, so I'll demure from revealing the date on here but will up date you all in due course.

Mario has been booked to drive the PopeMobile with Craig Bellamy & Carlito hitting golf shots from the roof.

Should be fun eh .

It was their goal at 0-3 that gave them hope and made Fergie go more attacking. If it wasn’t for that goal the 1-6 doesn’t happen.

And if the 1-6 doesn’t happen we don’t win the league on goal difference.

Ferguson’s mistake in that game was pivitol in our clubs history.

I just found it comforting that the papers have decided to rehash the old news of Erling’s contract today and do so with a positive spin re: the charges.

Doesn’t mean anything concrete of course, but we never ever got anything even remotely entertaining the possibility of exoneration until about a week or two ago.
And I believe, but do not know, that Mullock is seen as a City-friendly journalist so I’m putting two and two together and getting minus 115/130

Tbf, it's a new quote from Erling, so not technically rehashing old news.

Old News ? This was from yesterdays press conference with Norwegian journalist. They asked about The charges, and Erling’s response was that he trusted The Club and saw no problems.
