PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Just watched the Stefan and Jamie Jackson Talksport interview. Firstly, well played, Stefan, as always. Men against boys. Secondly, did Jamie get dressed in the dark? Was he off to shoot an ad as the face of Um Bongo afterwards? Looked like he just had a night out with Grealish.
Same here. It was an enjoyable watch and I thought Stefan landed some real digs - especially about the Rags being in Trafford/Salford and more subtly about the aggressive nature and presentation of the charges themselves.
We all know there’s no new developments in our case, but the focus of discussion and opinion is clearly shifting towards the PL failing with the substantive charges and the likely dire consequences for their organisation.
Also, I doubt Jamie Jackson will be in the running for this year’s Tailor & Cutter’s “Man of the Year Award”.

Seemed to be a clear dig to me which Keeper doubled down on so I wasn't alone in taking it like that. Yes perhaps I am over sensitive on here. As I said, the shitty comments which usually include allegations of a lack of integrity, are tiresome.
I watched it and found it informative and interesting.

I get the impression that nothing has really changed, and that unless there really was a smoking gun all along, then the really serious stuff is going to be impossible to prove.

Hate the thought that someone else knows, even if it’s only the panel, and I don’t.
Watergate.

Time we got a go fund me page going to raise funds for a tribunal break in.

Deep throat candidate? Leakers only apply
Woodward & Bernstein? TH maybe?

Ric might have to resign if caught.

Possibly. Some of the Brexit threads went on for many pages, but tended to get locked and started anew when something like the vote, or us actually leaving happened. So they ended up being multiple threads.

I reckon if you merged all the rag threads over the last ten years it would smash everything else out of the water!
Music association game thread currently on page 13391

Like Shindler & Conn he lost his faith in us when the Sheikh bought the club. Doesn't take a lot of working out why.

I don't know if there's any truth to that. Maybe PB, WestDids can speak to it better if that kind of sentiment does exist in the community purely on the basis our owners are Muslim

I just think they are nostalgia merchants who don't like change

A comment in the YouTube comments that made me lol

Unbelievable, or what?! You're correct to laugh at this kind of stuff.. it's what we've been putting up with for 15+ years..

It's basically saying that 'paint' is, in this instance, playing the role of all the tribal internet barmpots who've posted crazed, hyperbolic, deranged stuff about us/115 ever since 2008 and who cannot accept the counter arguments offered by such as Stefan and others which are reasoned, factually based and rational. And that's even within the context of a discussion about such legal matters, let alone the much more difficult process of making of a decision on them.

The more I see of this world (especially through my FOC eyes!), the more Orwellian it becomes.. 'Four legs good, two legs bad' and all that.. One can only admire Stefan et al for patiently trying to explain these things we've had to put up with, while all the time no doubt wanting to tell the media and the internet barmpots to 'get a life'..!

And I tell you, if Sir Tim Berners-Lee actually was in his grave right now, he'd definitely be rolling in it, regretting his decision ever to develop the Interweb-Thingy, if only to prevent herberts like this 'fitness' wallah obtaining access to using it..

Probably mentioned already, but fwiw overheard on talk tripe, some star reporter of theirs,at the P.L. meeting, claimed the general consensus was a further 3/4 weeks before result, but he thought City have the judgement and are going through it with a fine tooth comb.
So no more idea than us.

I think the foremost critics of Sheikh Mansour's ownership of MCFC are not the Jewish community but British liberals who are offended by the Emirati model of government i.e., autocratic rule.

Expect a backlash against USA owned companies shortly then?
