PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Why do you think that City are 'guilty' of some of the allegations?
It is more likely that the PL haven't got enough 'evidence' to make the charges stick.
Also the PL gave been found to have produced an illegal rule book, which must cast a shadow over what they are accusing City of.
Would any panel worth its' salt not take into account the PLs' previous behaviour, casting doubt on their reasons and fitness to pursue this almost futile exercise?

It wont be on the most serious stuff imo mate but there will be something thats so insignificant that it will still be the main reported breach and probably a small fine and an explanation of why it was a grey area but still a breach. Do i want that? FUCK NO!!! But there will be something imo.

Even fellow blues have been conditioned as desired by the cartel driven media.

That's the reason why they created the 115 number!!!

One or two charges, would have folk thinking that there is a possibility there may actually be no guilt, whereas a big number, well, to use your words "There is no way we (they) are innocent of everything is there?"

lol but you see my logic, its the throw enough shit at a wall and some of it has to stick attack which very rarely works from a prosecution side mainly down to the fact that instead of getting some of it to stick it mainly serves to dilute the main charges you were hoping to get. Its the legal equivalent of sticking your goalie upfront for a last minute corner, works once in a while but more often than not they just get in the way.

It`s a dance mate imo. Every one of the main charges i have 100% confidence we are innocent but i believe there will be a behind the scenes negotiation that will see us NEVER targeted again as there will be discrimination against our owners without question but the league wont want that exposed. Masters will have to leave though and we will gain more power than ever in the top of the organisation imo. Its the long end game we will target.
 
IF we have done anything, it will be no worse or less than probably every other club in the league.

Every club, every business, every human being, could be have found to have done something wrong (no matter how small) in their lives if enough focus, time and effort was put on it by others. Nobody is perfect.

The issue here is that, no focus has ever been put on any club in the history of sport to the extent it has been on us for the past decade. Yet, to the date, nothing of any significant wrong doing has actually been identified.

Yet we have clubs and owners e.g. the glazers getting up to all sorts of blatant dodginess without so much as a sniff from either the authorities or media. You have to ask yourself the question why? I think most blues and unbrainswashed neutrals know the answer to that.

That has always been the issue here and why the pl are clearly acting in bad faith, we were cleared once and the pl still went, there has been numerous incidences of other clubs being suspected and convicted of impropriety, take the rags with the tevez deal for one, yet at no time have the pl thought it necessary to do a forensic deep dive into any teams accounts going back 15 years apart from ours, that alone shows they are acting in bad faith, when liverpool employees were convicted of hacking our database the pls response was, it happened too long ago let it go and take the compo we cant do anything and that happened after the bulk of our alleged offences, if they want to go for they simply have to take the same level of interest in every club otherwise it is targeted harassment and that is 100% acting bad faith.

Agreed 100%. Yet here we are 10 years later and it's still happening. Which demonstrates the sheer power and corruption in football

football always has and always will have some level of corruption, its just how things work but the main takeaway from this is that the cartel are bullies and they have run crying as soon as they have been challenged which is what bullies always do

Spot on – the recent shit swirling around Chelsea pisses me off! They have been blatantly corrupt... valuing their women's team at £200m, then conveniently selling 10% for £20m, selling themselves their hotel... and the media have been quiet!
