It is not being a knob. Everyone has moments of weakness, mate. You wouldn't be human if you didn't.

The media have hounded us, the PL have hounded us, other fans have hounded us, yet none of us have done anything other than support a football team, one that happens to win. We need to stick together, especially in times of doubt, both on and off the pitch.

We will come out the other end of this bag of shite vindicated and stronger than ever before.

This isn’t CAS now…where City picked a judge,UEFA picked a judge…and the third judge City apparently put forward(I may be wrong on this)and UEFA didn’t challenge…
It was a majority verdict 2 to 1 with judges 1 and 3 finding in favour of City,unsurprisingly the UEFA judge found City guilty.
Ok…I KNOW these are heavy duty judges of the KCs…but they fucking hate us you KNOW.
Even Pannick is a tarquin supporter lol…but I’m sure he’s putting that aside as this is WORK…I did say 99.9% above lol,he’s the 00.01%……

So if it was Khaldoon, do we equate that with him not wanting to do business with the cockroach?

We know how well connected and influential Khaldoon is in the business world.
By all accounts he is a behemoth being the MD of Mubadala and all.

But I’m not sure of how that could influence the departure of Levy.
Unless Joe Lewis has any business ties to Khaldoon.
However I guess having one of the biggest clubs in the world with one of the best academies refusing to do business with you is an issue.
But still thats nothing new.

I guess if we’ve won the case and we know how levy pushed for the charges it kind of protects them if city were planning a huge broadside against Levy for his part in the stitch-up.

In the corporate world whatever anyone says a lot of decisions are made for personal reasons. Settling scores goes with the territory. Levy has been knifed in the back by the Lewis family. There will be a variety of reasons. Perhaps the refusal of some clubs to do business with Levy was one of the factors. We will never know.

Clough, Venables, Graham, etc... we're all engaged in brown paper envelope style dodgy signings for years. Only Graham ever really got done for his corruption (Arsenal didnt have titles removed) My dad reckoned that Clough once followed Trevor Christie up the motorway to stop him signing for City and go to Forest. Despite his greatness he was a corrupt old piss can. If many managers in those days weren't brown envelope dodgy piss cans they were banging the club physio or something.

You can add Howard Kendall to the list. The football media is very protective of its sources. There are a lot of snakes out there.
