So do we think that the decision hasn't been reached yet which is why no announcement, if so why the fuck not, and if the decision has been reached then why the need to hold it back, nothing makes sense
Deadlock Holiday. You need a dreadlock holiday
Writing up a decision is a lengthy process, however if the decision is still ongoing then I can’t see it being the best of news.So do we think that the decision hasn't been reached yet which is why no announcement, if so why the fuck not, and if the decision has been reached then why the need to hold it back, nothing makes sense
The first member writes one word before carefully folding the paper to hide it and then posting it to the next panel member for the next word to be added. That's what they're planning on doing for all 200,000 words, so shouldn't take too long although the PL's stamp bill is going to bankrupt clubs already in debtWill all 3 of the panel members write the report up together or will they split it out and write parts each to save time?
Deliberations were finalised long ago. It’s the writing up that’s taking the timeWriting up a decision is a lengthy process, however if the decision is still ongoing then I can’t see it being the best of news.
The common consensus on here (despite nobody having a single clue) is that we’ve wiped the floor with the PL for one reason or another. But if deliberations are still ongoing, with the panel yet to come to a verdict then we clearly haven’t.
That’s not to say we won’t win if that’s the case of course.
That's all very well but the panel are not investigating the PLProbably making sure it’s watertight with no errors before the final release, those thinking it’s bad news the longer it goes on,well think of the reverse and how the panel is wording it as the premier have been caught bang to rights colluding with other teams against City ..
You should ask Jim'll Paint it to draw that for you.Still think it's going to announced by Gary Neville, wearing zebra pants, halfway up a lampost whilst ripping down a union flag.
It is still happening. I can think of at least 2 examples in the last few days both on here and elsewhere. It is all nonsense. Pannick himself wasn't lying - the parties don't know what the decision says. Anyone suggesting that they have heard anything more than impressions from the hearing (and even those appear to be quite weak and cautious as well as held differently on both sides) is making it up.
NB: that was the position at the end of last week. I don't know if its been received since then.
Agreed. I wonder if the length of time it is taking is why the PL tightened up their rules on how such panels operate in terms of allocating their workloads on other cases which clash with the PL work,
You could copy and paste that to nearly every thread and it would work! ;-)You could have started this thread on day 1 ofthe charges being announced(Fill in the blank), locked the thread, opened it today and nothing, absolutely nothing will have changed in terms of any of us being any wiser.
I reckon they've forgotten to write it up and it's sat on a desk somewherehow quiet it is makes me think after premier league said in future there needs be a time scale that they havent even started writting up yet
I still think a whole heap of folk have gotten off lightly after blagging the outcome months and months ago to flog their own merchandise, drive interactions to their businesses and own pages etc
Whether you're tense or not, nervous or confident, it's not really a matter to be taken lightly in the context of the entire club to say the least. Especially if people just pretend to know something they clearly don't because they know others will want to believe it.
As one of the judges was saying to me in the pub yesterday………..They got off far more lightly than those that even slightly questioned their bullshit. Which they still peddle btw.
