PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I will take Khaldoons words all these years later about our evidence being 'unequivocal' was it? rather than certain experts on here who sold their souls to talkshite. I get Slbsn is very very knowledgable. He is in my opinion the most knowledgable on here but not one person knows. Wont change my life in any way shape or form and I literally dont care. Relegate us. Be some proper good away trips.

I think when Nostradamus forseen the 115 he would have said fuck that I'm out of here. Disasters, world wars, deaths but this fuckin farce he'd have predicted he's said nah what a waste of time I'm off to bargain booze for a 8 cans of special brew.

The more serious Nuremberg trials only lasted 12 months.

But did they fuck off on holiday in August?

On a serious note, it's not uncommon for criminal (which this isn't) type of trials involving fraud to take years. A fairly recent high profile mortgage fraud case in Scotland lasted a good few years (I want to say 5 years?)

What I can't comprehend is why, this hearing lasted a few weeks but it's taking them 10 months and counting to consider the evidence, make their decision and write it up following the appropriate legal process. Have they got VAR officials writing the judgement?

We've never said that.
I think Pep said we would accept the decision but not sure that should be taken literally.

If we lose on the main charges we will definitely appeal as we would have nothing to lose
Just catching up after a break so forgive the delay. I think Pep said what he said about not appealing simply because he knows we've won

It was imminent but it's now delayed, or perhaps it was delayed but is now imminent. Google is riding the fence a bit this morning.
