The other thing about Cafe Metro was the breakfasts were cooked by a really friendly beautiful Greek lady. If I'd gone to a Star Trek convention and was told she was Marina Sirtis (Commander Deanna) I swear I would have believed it.

Sometimes I fantasied that me and Marina were an item and we lived in a penthouse apartment on Deansgate. Sadly the truth was I living in a pokey one bed flat above a pet shop on Tib Street, the real Mrs Davnci at the time was a dead ringer for Olive from On The Buses....

Ahh but gordondaviesmoustache I imagine may, probably have the odd Waitrose hotdog on a brioche hot dog roll which is more conducive to a type of tomato ketchup than your common hp sauce.
