No it stinks to high heaven. Any process in law that takes this long should be seriously examined and held up to ridicule. But when it involves a sports club the fact that it has been going on longer than the war in Ukraine means that a deliberate attempt has been made to damage the reputation of the accused party, independent of the substance of the charges.It takes the time it takes because that is how long it takes to do the job properly.
