True, but I did find a woolly Levis hat in with all the paper, so not all bad.
a missed present ( good ) or something being thrown out without your knowledge? ( #awkward )
I have had to pay extra for a garden waste bin in two different council districts so they’re already doing that.As I say why is it Joe public's fault only though? The next move will be to charge extra for your recycling bins to be emptied. Now whilst I agree that we should do our bit who on here wants to pay for Tesco's packaging or ASDA's wrapping if there is zero emphasis on them cutting down on it or paying to dispose of it. Why can't we take all our shit back to the store and chuck it in a macerator at a cost of 10p instead? Let the shop pay to get rid and take it for disposal at their cost? Then maybe ASDA would put a bit of preesure on their supplier to not wrap stuff so much?
A missed present, from my Mum. : )
Switzerland’s a great example of how a capitalist economy can be eco-friendly.Swiss grocers, plastic bags have been phased out- you pay .30 CHF per paper bag or bring your own (which most people do)
Plastic, but I do put a hole in the bags for obvious reasons, and so they can breath.Paper or plastic?
Paper its a necessity - plastic its a fetish.
