Also, what's that square barcode thing on the front? I keep seeing these things everywhere but have no idea what they are for

The square barcode type thing is called a QR code (ouick response) if you scan it with a smart phone it links you to the City website.
 
Still waiting - 3 weeks 6 days since they took my £1100+ (plus lost interest).
No response to emails. Very very poor customer service from the club I support. Whoever is in charge of monitoring the outsourced contract needs a kick up the arse.

Amen brother. Still no card for me either. An absolute farce which goes on year after year after year and nothing is ever done to improve matters.
They should clean house and start again by recruiting serious, competent people to run the ticket office. It is an absolute embarrassment to the club.
 
My mate received his today, I got mine on Friday.

I agree, it's a farce but I think it's City who deal with season tickets, not the outsourced contact...makes it even worse I guess.

really sorry you guys missed the Swansea game ........... oh wait a minute, you haven't missed any games yet......... when your tickets arrive tomorrow will you apologise to the ticket office.
