I like the idea of linking to an ID, but the platforms won't do it. I suspect because the numbers they report on there are nowhere near as high as real or active accounts, and this would severely impact their ad revenues.

Just see it as a joining fee to allow people to voice their opinions that you eventually get back (with interest if they wanted to do that). Remember, in the old days to voice our opinions publicly it was the cost of the stamp to a newspaper each time, so what's £100, 150 opinions? Good value if you ask me, especially if when you've nothing else to say you get a full refund.

Abhorrent behavior, absolutely despicable but here’s a wild idea;
Stop giving these fucking lunatics national news coverage, delaying games, showing them they have so much power.

these people aren’t reasonable, they’re not normal. They crave the news covering it, they crave people being upset, they crave the outrage and the tears. That’s why they’re doing it, they see this and think “wow people are really upset haha” and then do it again.

Report it to the authorities, report it to website owner/mods etc, report it to thethe people that can do something about it, and move on. Otherwise, they win.

Giving attention to these idiots is like pouring oil onto a fire and then getting annoyed when the fire keeps going.
