Nasri at his best is as good as and important to us as Yaya, Silva and Aguero. Sure they often do the highlight reel things, but more often than not it's Nasri incredibly intelligent use of the ball that sets them up for it.

Criminally underrated and imo even more important to spine going forwards than Zab and Kompany.

Perhaps even the most natural Yaya replacement?

Sulks like a kid when things aren't going his way, which isn't the best material when the chips are down and you look towards your leader for inspiration.

He'll be lucky to be a regular in the first team next season, let alone captain?
Really?....are you fucking joking.. So who is going to take his spot?....Fernando?, Navas?, Messi?.
Most obvious kind of bullshit I think you mean is you think this summer we will be signing galacticos...like we did last summer and the one before that. It's your pipe dream to hold on to seen as we may not win anything this season. We won't sign a player better than Nasri this summer..just be glad we have a player of his quality now

That good he can't even make the national team, if i was in the trenches he'd be last person i'd want on my shoulder

Spot on, I always wonder why Zaba rarely gets the armband.

Because he's not at all in control of his emotions, especially when the going gets tough. If you were to name a player in our team most likely to get booked for dissent or kicking the ball away, the smart money would be on Zaba

If it was to people here he would never be a regular in this team yet both managers played him in 99% of games he was available.
