I keep hearing that although he's not the best defender he is good going forward. When? When was this? When was his last good cross? He is a dreadful crosser of the ball. Smack it as hard as fuck at the first man or twat it over everyone's heads. Navas get dogs abuse but Kolarov is as bad if not worse! As for the fucking ridiculous shots from 40 yards!!!
 
The lack of creativity by our full backs is making us very predictable. Kolorov doesn't have enough in his locker to be a top left back. Sterling shouldn't show him too much respect.he almost feels obliged to give kolo the ball as he has run 60m to o be there. Sagna is predictable as predictable can be. Both flanks are compromised. Parts of arsenals success is belerine. He is having a cracking season. We miss zabs movement. He actually gives yaya and Silva a lot of options. Sagna is very limited in this aspect. Its costing us.
 
as an option and for dead ball situations yeah ok

but as a fundamental strategy with him seeing the ball quite so often in an attacking position no please desist

with the riches we have in midfield he should not be the apparent attacking option quite so often

that's down to the manager

and yes defensively he has always been suspect and leaves a gaping hole that the better teams look to exploit

decent squad player though
 
Aleks' crossing was very poor tonight, with the exception of the pull back for Bony's half chance.

Part of the problem was when Aleks looked up we had one person in the box against their whole defence. It looked like Aleks felt that he had to go for something spectacular but the usually ended up as a goal kick!

He defended pretty well and conceded a timely booking for the team. Probably time to give Clichy a game against Watford though!
 
Same old story with this turd.

Gets 5 assists a season = Great crosser..........never mind his cross success rate being about 1%
Scores 1 free kick a season = Great free kick taker........never mind the other 100 he's skied or smashed into the wall

Don't get me started on that fucking slow motion dummy/fake smash up the line, cut inside and pass to Mangala he does every time he gets the ball. Tried it tonight(obviously) and fell over and nearly cost us a goal.

Then we have his obligatory 40 yarder every game, not hit a decent one in 3 years but crack on Aleks with that deadly left peg of yours!

On top of this he's a shit defender!

Absolute fraud and incredible that we are still looking at LB as a major weakness, it's now akin to Uniteds midfield problem, the one they've had for years where everyone in football bar the manager can see it.

Just the usual armchair boo boys exaggerating the negatives and nitpicking. Thankfully their opinions on the internet mean diddly squat so one just learn to ignore them lol. BM tend to get overly self entitled and negative theses days so one has to adapt.
