Looks far better with sterling in front of him. Not taking anything away from today's performance. Fullbacks need protection the way we play.

Sterling to cover and as an outlet. Despite what the red media want you to believe, Sterling is a great signing con several levels. Kolarov is a top player when not always exposed.

That is two excellent performances back to back from him. He has probably created the most chances so far for the team and played his part in two clean sheets. Deserves a hell of a lot of credit

no chance of being dropped for a non matchfit Clichy at the mo, tho i always get the feeling that with Aleks, if he makes a mistake, he'll be chopped. lot less leniency when you're judged to be 2nd choice (fairly or not)

This new left back this season is a huge improvement , can't recall his name so I'm gonna just call him kolarov Mark 2
