Every now and again I will watch us play and think how grateful I am to be around for this era in the history of Manchester City. The likes of Silva, Aguero, Kompany and all of the rest. Players we will be talking about for decades after they stop playing. CTID
 
There was a moment when he plucked the ball out of the air with instant control which drew a gasp and a round of applause from the whole stadium. I think it was Trevor Francis commentating and he sneered something like "that's what's wrong with English football, in Europe it wouldn't even register a murmur"

Ha! I remember it well. The ball was coming down from quite high by the tech line on the right hand side and I said to the lad next to me "kill it dead David" which he did to perfection. We both just smiled :-)

(The lad next to me wasn't called david and I wasn't refering to him.. Haha!)
