He probably could do it. For a creative player, he is not shy to get stuck in, and he wins possession for us as much as anyone with little interceptions and well-timed pressing. Anything to keep him here as long as possible!!

Seems to get better every season. The sort of player every fan pays to watch and when he hangs up his magic boots will be regarded up there with Zola, Bergkamp and Henry et al as the best overseas players ever to grace the league

Thought this was one of the best performances I've seen by a player in a long time. Absolutely fantastic. You could make a 15/16 highlight reel video on Youtube and just use this game. So much skill and so many incisive passes. That one to Kolarov that split the defense through the box was awe-inspiring.
