We obviously overpaid for him, but he's been nowhere near as bad as many in the press have made out. He had a nightmare at Hull, but other than that has been pretty good and will only get better as he gets used to the pace of the English game.

Sums it up pretty succinctly for me.

Think I'm more peed off with the fact that once again he's dropped him for no reason.

How is he supposed to get to grips with the league if you keep dropping after a game.

I think he'll turn out to be a good player. Unfortunately I don't think him and Kompany will ever be a good partnership

give Mangala a guaranteed run in every game until the end of the season ffs. £40m into a new league and he needs a full run. He is clearly a potentially outstanding defender and needs a run to get a working relationship with Kompany - a kinetic understanding. MDC is clearly passed his sell by date and whilst he has been good value for money, he does not have the fire in his belly anymore and has nothing to prove.

Mangala has everything to prove and it is in this kind of run in that is his chance. MDC against the rags would be catastrophic

Not to blame for the score but what the fuck was he doing running like a headless chicken at times??

Don't know how we can expect to throw him half way through a game away to the inform side of the prem at the amount and he'll be world class.

Feel sorry for the guy but i'm certain he'll come good when he gets a run

This is what happens when you keep rotating him. He should been playing every game to get used to the setup. He will get dropped again next week no doubt.
