Player Topic: Eliaquim Mangala (2015/16)

The way we played against Chelsea, Mangala was the most important defender with his pace to clean up the breaking ball and to stop overlapping on the flanks.

One of our biggest problems last season was Pellegrini going all under 11's manager and making sure everyone got a game. Our back 4 was chopped and changed so much there was no understanding between anyone of them or Hart.

Last thing we need is to return to that what with our defence looking rock solid so far this season.

I'm overjoyed that we got Sterling, Delph and we possibly might get Debruyne but getting Otamendi is unnecessary in my opinion.. The defense was finally settling and this deal can potentially affect mangala's confidence and more importantly hamper Denayer's growth..
 
I don't want to see him go. Think we will regret it. He has so much quality and he will get better the more he plays.
