Its hard to appreciate what he brings to the side until he is out of it. That being said his end product is still shocking, but thats 2 games in a week that have changed dramatically after his introduction. Not a coincidence.

He changed the game for us. The amount of movement he makes and his work rate is really fantastic. Thought his crosses into the box were quality and a lovely assist for Kevin. Well done manuel for a spot on tactical change.

You'll never win a football match without it, and Navas had it by the bucketload. There was probably more critical movement in the first ten minutes of the second half than we mustered in the whole of the first half. He might not always have the perfect cross, nor take his man to the goal line and beat him, but he never stops MOVING, and defenders will not know whether to follow him, leave him, have a shit or a haircut, and it is that quality that provides the opportunities for others. Well done, Jesus, the catalyst that lit the sky blue touch paper!

The man turning point in the last two games was Jesus, coincidence or not?

He was superb today and,as per the Mangala,Fernando and, very soon, the Bony threads........it will be lovely to see some humble pie being digested by those guilty of throwing constant unwarranted abuse at the lad - he's a very important cog in our wonderful wheel who offers the team a very different option and a lot of heart.
