Just reading between the lines mate, his sell on value will be none existent unless he's sold in the summer. He'll be 30, highly decorated and Spanish tv money kicks in next year, clubs will be flush. I can see us cashing in on a younger model or stepping someone up.:.. I'd also suggest that the barca rumours a week or so ago, was to see our hand, I'd be shocked if we gave him a new deal, however, funnier things have happened, we did with edin, though this was clearly to command a higher fee in the future!!

For me navas is an easy target, gets a lot of crap because of who is around him. Plus he plays near what was the kippax. Notorious for giving players grief, Paul power, edghill are two that spring to mind.

You clearly don't remember his last open net on his left foot that he just had to tap in! He clearly remembers, otherwise he would obviously have just done what Bony did and just rolled it in

Jesus navas may not be world class but he is a player who is fully committed and gives his all every time he plays for us , compare him nasri who seems to be happy sitting on the bench ( did not even notice him till the match ended)
