Not concerned, he'll hang around for Pep - who, I am sure, already has sized up our team and taken note of Nacho & his potential.

But if it wasn't an open secret that Pellegrini is on his way out if be much more worried about him trying to get out.

Along with everyone else at the club under 23.

It's a damn shame it takes a change in management for the youth to be noticed but hey ho

When players like Nacho, Denayer and Maffeo start coming through everyone's going to say it's the first crop of actual talent, but sadly I think the truth is that their development has been stunted by a manager who just isn't willing to use them.

i think there are almost certain to be several players out of the many talents we have, who could possibly have made it at City, who will end up in the lower leagues because they missed a crucial stage of their development. hopefully we will still rescue one or two, when he finally fucks off.

Let's mix it up at Norwich. Let's play 4-4-2 coz they're not expecting it. Let's just fuckin go for it. If it's not working let's change it after 15 NOT 60 minutes. Let's just show this country how good we are for once!

5 years from now, there will be many players dotted about europes top leagues, who we bought young or were once in our academy who we didnt give a fair chance.

Imagine how much better off Chelsea would be with Lukaku, De Bruyne and someone like Bertrand. Many other quality younger players they have on their books who just perennially get loaned out too.
We're currently going the same way.

You are spot on with Chelsea. Some of their kids are/were also good enough to deserve a chance imo & haven't had one. I recon it's absolutely crucial kids get that chance at the right time. Some still come through later, but most lose heart & discipline & their level goes. City & Chelsea are currently the worst clubs for this imo, probably down to the managers.

Hopefully Pep has the same attitude at City as he had at Barca. Then at least if kids don't make it, it won't be because they never get a look in.

Kelechi might get his chance at weekend, but if he does & is quiet, that will probably be his lot, for weeks.
