Pellegrini is managing him perfectly. Or some actually tried to claim.
Not concerned, he'll hang around for Pep - who, I am sure, already has sized up our team and taken note of Nacho & his potential.
But if it wasn't an open secret that Pellegrini is on his way out if be much more worried about him trying to get out.
I wonder what our academy centre backs think when they see Demichelis being wheeled out. They must all know they are better than him.Along with everyone else at the club under 23.

It's a damn shame it takes a change in management for the youth to be noticed but hey ho
When players like Nacho, Denayer and Maffeo start coming through everyone's going to say it's the first crop of actual talent, but sadly I think the truth is that their development has been stunted by a manager who just isn't willing to use them.
5 years from now, there will be many players dotted about europes top leagues, who we bought young or were once in our academy who we didnt give a fair chance.
Imagine how much better off Chelsea would be with Lukaku, De Bruyne and someone like Bertrand. Many other quality younger players they have on their books who just perenially get loaned out too.
We're currently going the same way.
