He'd be the only one then. Kelechi will join Suarez, Lopes and soon Denayer out of the door.

How can anybody claim our youth system is a success if this is what happens to them when they are no other players in their position? Kelechi won't even make the bench when everybody is fully fit even though he's our second best striker by some distance.

Hes played more minutes than all these players put together already, hes going nowhere. Pelegrini knows hes good enough, hes giving him plenty of chances at a young age, it will get even better for him as the season goes on and into next season too, future back up striker.

I bet he's gutted he wasn't trusted to play from when Bony went off

Lopes isn't ripping any trees at Monaco.

He's 19. Plenty of time to prove himself. What about this man who's been doing brilliantly for Villarreal? Or Rekik for that matter? Or every other youngster that we let go without giving them a chance/oppotunity? Our youth system has been a failure and will continue to be that as we let more and more young prospects go.

Non of us know for certain what impact Kelechi can make to that particular

Played his first match few days ago, set up a chance for Shaarawy and was a threat throughout the game. Notwithstanding, neither that mercenary Nasri nor Bony are ripping any trees here.

Don't forget De Bruyne.

It's not knee jerk when the problems have been highlighted since the first game of the season at West brom.

3-0 up and Pellegrini chose to bring on Nasri. It was justified as 'he needs game time' bla bla bla bollocks.

And that's less than the Rags have given Lingard. It's absurd. Kelechi is better than Lingard by some distance by isn't given a chance. Pellegrini isn't showing any faith in him and today emphasised it. Denayer is leaving us next season as he's not accepting 4th placed centreback role and Kelechi is far too good to be our last resort and Bony's back-up when he's better than him.
