Watched that penalty decision about 10 times and there's no way the ball could take that trajectory and the man falling like that unless he done a classic catching the ground first and then partially hitting the ball. If Otamendi catches him and takes none of the ball, then the trajectory of the ball is confusing. Still not entirely sure what to make of it.
If you leg it forward forty yards then leg it back & jump at someone from behind, with both feet off the ground, you deserve a red card, penalty & dropping imo. Shocking.
Otamendi last night, was like Darren Huckerby playing centre back. His positioning was as bad as anything I've ever seen. His distribution of any pass over 10 yards must have been about 10% & he got absolutely bitched by fucking Chicarito in the air at one point. And he was wearing pink fucking boots.

Edit: I'm pretty sure that Otamendi got the ball and the Mexican lad kicked his boot and turned into Tom Daley in the process. A slow motion would confirm it or make me out a pillock.
