Without too much trouble considering the amount of games we've got coming up. Whether he can beat ota to a spot long term remains to be seen, but with at least 4 games left in CL, the busy PL crimbo period, probably 3-4 in the carling cup and the fa cup he should be busy enough

If it's true about vinny having a new calf injury then it'll be on saturday unless he gets an injury tonight

Was a clear foul. Great bit of cynical play from Mandzukic - exactly what you want from a big striker, but could have had zero complaints if the whistle had gone.

That was never a fault, Otamendi and Mandzukic did the same but Mandzukic won the duel and Otamendi went to the ground like a child.

Got his body shape all wrong for the goal, so was off balance going backwards instead of sideways, but that was far from the worst thing he did today. All over the place, trying to charge out and make tackles leaving huge holes in behind him. I'll let him off though as Demichelis seems to bring out the worst in his partners at the moment, if he had someone with any mobility at all covering then it might not have been such an obvious issue.

You wouldn't normally expect him to be marking Mandzukic, Kompany or Mangala would get that gig.

Otamendi + Demichellis is like two Doyles and no Watson.
