Yeah. This performance will certainly shut a lot of doubters up. Great performance from Sterling in such an important match. He is only going to get better and shows the hunger and desire to continue to develop and succeed.

I said last week that he should be dropped from the side to refocus and start doing he basics better. I believe he actually picked up a knock so was dropped from the side for that reason but it seemed the break from the side did him the exact good I thought it would.

Still not great at passing the ball and Coke was fucking shite for them (how was he never pulled up for all those foul throws? everyone was a foul throw!) but Sterling did so much right it was much better to watch.

Didn't watch the game but squawka had his pass accuracy at 97%...

He was called "shocking" by someone as I was walking out on Saturday; which is some going giving his contribution to both penalties

I think he's been working pretty hard in training. I can't remember him using his left foot to finish like that before, he's normally much happier cutting in, really surprised the keeper and should give him way more opportunities in the future.
