Wouldn't have started him today. Just like how I wouldn't ever play Nasri against Arsenal or even Gareth Barry back in the day against Villa. Call it coddling, call it what you want, it gets the crowd up for it and the player is always a passenger in the game. Anonymous today, like he was always going to be.

I agree. Didn't rate him before we bought him and not seen anything to change my mind. Poor on the ball, bad decision making/passing, and can't shoot. All he has his pace and the only method he has to beat someone is knock it past them and run. Another example of an overhyped English player.

No not at all...that would make me a scouser. In fact I haven't even seen enough of Ibe to comment, but that doesn't change the fact I don't rate Sterling.

A hattrick against Bournemouth and the performance against Sevilla. Plus performances against Everton and Chelsea at the start of the season. But don't let the truth get in the way of a good moan.
