If those twats Barca and MADrid come sniffing around our Serg, they will die.

They won't. Barça have Messi Neymar and Suarez, and Madrid have a striker whose whole game gets the best out of CRonaldo as well as scoring 25+ goals every season himself (Benzema).
Neither team will want to break either of that up.

I hate to be a doom monger but if we don't start making a decent fist of the Chump's Lg soon, it's unrealistic to expect a player if Sergio's quality to hang around. :-(

Sergio has never indicated he wants away ever, In fact he has laughed when the media have tried to coerce him. He has always said he is happy at city and in his entire time here has always maintained he is content...there have been several windows where the so called 'big clubs' have tried to unsettle him...but he brushes it off

I genuinely think he will remain at City for years to come and become one of our greats

He's a talisman for our club...and after 93:20 he has become indispensable marketing wise...He is the City brand...and I very much doubt the Sheikh would sell him for any price

And more to the point, who could buy him?

Realistically we'd be looking at upwards of £80m for a player of his quality in his prime, at the start of a 5-year contract. And Real Madrid can't buy him unless HRH Mansour OK's it, because he's giving RM £350m to build a new stadium, so RM would not dare upset him.

Bayern have never spend anything like £80m and doubtless never would. The only possibility would be Barca and they just can't afford it.

Bottom line is, he's ours unless/until Sheikh Mansour decides otherwise.

He was just as good as Suarez last season. Obviously his total output was restricted by injury tho with Suarez playing twice the number of minutes.

Suarez was a bit of a flat track bully too with Kun doing far better in the big games.
