He'd be amongst Messi and Ronaldo and get similar attention if he was in an easier league and score even more.

He's getting better and better with age and experience, he is already outscoring himself in those easier leagues by quite a margin.

Independiente (2003-06)
Appearances : 54
Goals : 23

Atletico Madrid (2006-11)
Appearances : 199
Goals : 83

Manchester City (2011-present)
Appearances : 137
Goals : 87
(And the stats for us are out of date)

He scored 101 goals for Atletico. 92 for us and counting. 95 if you clutch at the ones he has lost to the dubious goals panel.

He has 92 when you include those scored in the Europa League.

Genuine man love for the little fella. He's a joy to watch, and a snip at 30 odd million. . Long may he continue to wear sky blue. .

Did he take a knock last night in the last few minutes?

I hope not - he always looks like he's limping slightly at the end of matches. I think it's just the effort he puts into playing.
He was happy to do a post interview too - I would have thought if he had a knock they'd be putting ice on it and not letting him stand around talking with the media.

Re: Sergio Aguero

Moving rapidly up the City scoring charts. He is going past The Goat, Neil Young and Dennis Tueart before the end of the season and it gets better.

I am almost certain he will be here for a long time to come.

How long before he goes past Samaras?

If he stays 4 more years he could be our top scorer easy.
