Can i just put a lighter note on things. Im quite optimistic with this one.

Pellers said up to a month. That’s just worse case scenario.

Aguero has clearly done something to his hamstring but I think he's prob gona be out for around 10 days then back in light training.

He will be back in contention in around 3 weeks and that’s when we play Barca.
Pellers will not want to give Barca any advantage so i bet Kun is back for then but doesn’t want to make it public.

He will def be back for Sunderland at Wembley.

Someone could probably go back and look, but with the exception of Jovetic I think every injured player this season has come back either spot on or sooner than Pelle has initially forecast. I discount Kompany too, because he was on track then re-injured himself.

Re: Sergio Aguero

So if he is out for a month I make it that he will miss

Chelsea H
Norwich A
Sunderland H
Chelsea (cup) H
Barca H
Stoke H

Gutted.. he is so injury prone.

Things like this prove how much we need our three top strikers.. no way in hell should we let Edin go in the summer.

Players that are small and have quick acceleration are always prone to this type of injury, Owen was hampered all through his career with hamstring problems.

agreed , but isn't messi short as well...anyway hope kun recovers well !

I wouldn't say Messi has the same explosive acceleration than Aguero or Owen but that's for another day.

Hope he's back for Barca

Re: Sergio Aguero

No way will he be out for a month. We lie about virtually all injuries, I think most clubs put very cautious estimates on return dates.

IMO we have 4 truly world class players who could get into any side in the world, unfortunately for us, 3 of them seem to be very injury prone over the lat couple seasons.

Re: Sergio Aguero

It's 'up to' a month people. He'll be back to take on the Catalans.

Not good news at all but we'll cope.

What? Messi is easily one of the quickest accelerators in world football! He would leave Aguero behind.

You see the run Aguero made against Spurs, when he hit the post. Messi does that 3 or 4 times a game, all through his literally explosive acceleration.
